S.E.T Profile

We aim to help you make the best possible recovery from an illness or accident and to manage any continuing health problems. If you have had a stroke or head injury, we can help you continue your progress following any stay in hospital or out-patient treatment. We specialise in helping you and your family make longer term adjustments. We also provide support and expert advice to assist those living with a physical disability or progressive condition. If you are having problems with your memory we can provide the same level of help and support for you and your family.

It is not only the survivors that need help and support, their friends and families need it too.
