The co-ordinators for each illness, will consider the referral and visit the client to assess how to best put in any rehabilitative treatment plans. 

Depending on how you present symptoms, and report your difficulties, you may be referred onto a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist, Clinical Neuropsychologist or a Dietician.
